DSEdify is looking for experienced and passionate trainers to join our team on a full-time basis. Trainers will specialize in one or more key technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Automation Testing or Embedded Systems. As a Dedicated Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training in your area of expertise. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in their respective technology and possess the skills to mentor and guide learners toward mastering new skills.

• Conduct Specialized Training: Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions in your area of expertise (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems).
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design, update, and refine course content specific to the technology you specialize in.
• Hands-on Mentorship: Provide real-world, practical guidance through live projects, coding challenges, and practical assignments.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess learners' progress through evaluations, hands-on projects, and technical reviews, providing feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Resource Creation: Develop learning materials such as presentations, assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises tailored to the specific technology.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in your specialized technology, ensuring that training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Support Career Development: Work closely with the placement team to ensure that learners are well-prepared for their respective careers in their field.
• One-on-One Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance to learners, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence in their technical skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 3+ years of professional experience in your specialized technology (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems).
• 2+ years of experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Java Trainers: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Python Trainers: Python, its frameworks (Django, Flask), or Data Science.
• JavaScript Trainers: JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.).
• DevOps Trainers: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Embedded Systems Trainers: Embedded C, microcontrollers, RTOS, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Teaching Experience: Passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating a positive learning experience.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in your specialized technology are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified, Oracle Certified, etc.).
