DSEdify is seeking accomplished professionals to join our team as Guest Faculty for delivering specialized training sessions in various key technologies, including Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, and Embedded Systems. As a Guest Faculty member, you will share your industry expertise through workshops, boot camps, and lectures, helping learners gain real-world knowledge and skills. You will engage with learners on a part-time or contract basis, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing DSEdify's learning programs.

• Deliver Expert-Level Training: Conduct specialized training sessions in your area of expertise (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems), sharing industry best practices and trends.
• Collaborative Curriculum Design: Work with DSEdify’s curriculum team to align your training content with the learning goals of the program, contributing ideas for enhancing the overall curriculum.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a mentor to learners, providing industry insights, real-life examples, and answering technical queries during training sessions.
• Guest Lectures & Workshops: Lead guest lectures, hands-on workshops, or boot camps for short-term intensive learning experiences.
• Practical Learning Focus: Engage learners with practical examples, case studies, coding challenges, and project-based assignments to provide a hands-on learning experience.
• Feedback & Assessments: Participate in evaluations, offering constructive feedback to learners to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in your specialized technology and share new trends, tools, and advancements during your sessions.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in your specialized technology (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems). Prior experience in conducting workshops, training, or guest lectures is preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Java Faculty: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Python Faculty: Python, frameworks (Django, Flask), Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• JavaScript Faculty: JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.).
• DevOps Faculty: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Embedded Systems Faculty: Embedded C, microcontrollers, RTOS, and other relevant technologies.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging and relatable way.
• Teaching Approach: A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, with a focus on making learning practical and interactive.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in your specialized field (e.g., AWS Certified, Oracle Certified, etc.) are highly desirable.
