DSEdify is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our pool of Freelance Trainers for delivering specialized training in various technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, and Embedded Systems. As a Freelance Trainer, you will have the flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis, delivering engaging, hands-on training to students and corporate professionals. You will play a critical role in ensuring learners develop the necessary skills to thrive in today’s dynamic tech landscape.

• Deliver High-Quality Training: Provide specialized training in your area of expertise (Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems) either online or in-person, depending on the project requirements.
• Customizable Training Plans: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the client’s or learners' specific needs, focusing on practical, real-world applications of the technologies.
• Project-Based Learning: Guide learners through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and problem-solving activities to ensure they acquire practical skills.
• Flexibility in Scheduling: Manage your own schedule and availability for training sessions, workshops, or short-term boot camps.
• Content Development: Collaborate with DSEdify’s learning team to develop and refine training content, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry standards.
• Student Engagement & Feedback: Engage learners with interactive teaching methods, including discussions, assignments, and Q&A sessions. Provide feedback to help them enhance their skills.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with advancements in your specialized technology to provide learners with up-to-date knowledge and tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Experience :
• 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in the specialized technology (Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems, etc.)
• Prior experience as a trainer, tutor, or mentor in a professional or academic setting is preferred
• Technical Expertise :
• Java Trainer: Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and associated frameworks
• Python Trainer Python programming, frameworks (Django, Flask), or Data Science and Machine Learning
• JavaScript Trainer: Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, etc.)
• DevOps Trainer: Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud platforms
• Embedded Systems Trainer: Embedded C, microcontrollers, RTOS, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences
• Self-Motivation: Able to manage time efficiently and independently deliver training programs
• Teaching Approach: A passion for teaching with a learner-centric approach, emphasizing practical learning outcomes
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified, Oracle Certified, etc.) in your respective technology are an added advantage
